Canon I960 Printer Installation
Canon Printer Model I 96o was working fine. Added new ink cartridges and then could no longer print. Did all the Canon recommended troubleshooting but nothing worked. The error lamp indicates problems with the printhead. Took out printhead and thoroughly cleaned it and all electrical contacts. But nothing changed. Don't seem to do anything that involves communication with printhead.
