Rusty Mike, thanks for the suggestion. So I assume you've dealt with both of these cases and you prefer the Gator Pro‑Go Ultimate Gig Keyboard Bag 76‑Note G‑PG‑76? Hp Ilo 4 Keygenguru there. The wheels might be nice with the nord bag but with the gator bag you get the backpack straps. As I said in my initial post, I already have a heavy duty road case with wheels, so my goal here is to make portability as easy and light as possible with the lightweight keyboard that the Nord Electro 3 HP already is. Having the backpack straps seems enticing. Any more feedback is much appreciated.

I have the Nord wheeled bag, for the Stage, as it's really the only soft case the fits the instrument well. The wheels are necessary, as the bag itself is 16 pounds heavy. The Stage is a few inches longer and only 3 lb.
Heavier than the Electro, but adding the carry bag pushes the weight close to 40 lb. It's a bit more protective than the Nord soft bag for the 73HP instruments, as it has paneled sides. But it's not more protective than the Gator bag.
There are several challenges with the wheels, however. First, the angle at which you pull the case behind you is pretty shallow, and the 'fenders' covering the wheels nearly drag along the ground. There is another handle on the back of the bag that provides a steeper angle, but it also raises the center of gravity and makes pulling awkward. Also, there are feet on the bottom of the case, but don't dare think that the laden bag will stand on its own, because it absolutely won't. Carrying the case up and (especially) down stairs is cumbersome. Can you tell I'm not a fan? Unfortunately, the next size up Pro-Go is too long for the Stage 76.
